Currently, I live with my wife, Lauren, in Niskayuna, NY
Lauren and I met at a summer camp in Lexington, NY — where I taught horseback riding.
We were married on 6/5/66 at 666 6th Ave in NYC. (I didn’t know about the alleged implications of those numbers at the time, but now thank God for the “5!”)
Together, Lauren and I raised two great kids.
I have a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology and all the course work for a PhD.
I’ve been retired since January of 2003.
For the previous 25 years, I worked for NY State as a “Psychometrician” (someone who uses statistics to develop and evaluate psychological measurement).
I am an ex-Army Captain, Vietnam veteran and combat helicopter pilot.

I dropped out of church several years ago when I realized that I was interfering with study group agendas by asking too many questions…
About that same time, I had a stroke and lost much of my physical balance – I currently use a cane.
