1. The thing is — I can prove that there is no such thing as free will and that no one is actually responsible for anything!
   
   
2. In order to believe in free will, we have to assume that we determined our own traits and values before we had any traits and values…
3. If we didn’t, all our behavior has been the result of outside causes — our heredity and environment
4. But how can we be responsible, before we even existed, for any of what we became?
   
   
5. But then, I believe in free will anyway…
6. Most likely, you do also
7. Something must be wrong…
8. We must be missing something
9. If we are, in fact ALL, pieces of a “UNIVERSAL CONSCIOUSNESS,” we’ve existed non-physically — and maybe free — in between our physical existences
10. Maybe, that’s our source of freedom…
11. Maybe that’s why we seem able to PROVE that we are not free
